Force is a track and recreational walking club based in Saint-Léonard neighborhood. Our mission is to build a team of athletes of all ages  in the school and civilian sectors to promote physical activity in a competitive context. Our team of experienced coaches has prepared an exceptional action plan for maximum athletic development.

 

We want to contribute to the improvement and excellence of the many passionate runners, walkers, jumpers and throwers who deserve to be recognized in the world of sport through various meet events at the regional, provincial and national levels.

Our coaches are dedicated to providing the necessary support for effective training aimed at mental and physical preparation for competition.

 

The athletic club Force has contributed to the development and preparation of athletes representing the Bourassa region in athletics during the last Quebec summer games. It is also our mandate to prepare the next generation in athletics during the next Quebec summer games.
